1. What we collect. Your name, email, birth details you choose to enter, palm photos you upload, your readings, and payment records (we never see or store your card/UPI details — payments are handled by Razorpay).

2. How we use it. Your details and photos are used solely to generate your readings. Generation is performed with the help of third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), to whom the details and photo of a reading request are transmitted for processing.

3. Palm photos. Uploaded palm photos are stored on our server so your reading can be regenerated and reviewed. You may request deletion of your photos and readings at any time by emailing us.

4. Cookies. We use cookies only for login sessions and remembering your language preference. No advertising trackers.

5. Sharing. We never sell your data. Data is shared only with the processors necessary to run the service (hosting, AI providers, Razorpay for payments).
